Open the cap and add the yeast sachet, add 4 more pints of lukewarm water to get to make a total of 8 pints Add the yellow cap and leave the bag upright in an ambient environment (18-25 degrees) Over the next 3-4 days the bag may inflate and become firm as the mixture ferments. After 1 week move the bag to a cooler environment (15-18 degrees). After you have moved your bag avoid disturbing until it is ready to drink. After a further 2 weeks your cocktail will be ready to drink. The yellow fermenting cap has been designed to vent excess fermenting pressure, over tightening the cap can result in bag failure. Please ensure it is screwed on, just until it catches (not tight).
